You are aware that Ortigiaflavour provides street food tours, not gourmet restaurant tour (excluding cooking lessons, typical homemade food).
Ortigiaflavour tours are designed for all travelers that want to get in touch with the authentic culture of a city. 

Ortigiaflavour doesn’t charge any fees for booking cancellation processed upon travelers’ request. However, we would greatly appreciate to be informed as soon as your plans have changed. If you booked for more than one person, please be aware that, in case of no-show of some participants signed in, you will be charged for the arranged price, unless prior 24 hr noticed has been delivered to our booking staff.
Ortigiaflavour do not refund any payment once the tour has started. Ortigiaflavour does not pay any compensation in the event of a tour cancellation due to force majeures or unexpected events caused by third parties.
You are aware that once missed the meeting with your Ortigiaflavour guide at the arranged meeting time, we do not guarantee the chance to reach the group along the trail. This rule is applied no matter what’s the reason of your delay.

All info that you provide to Ortigiaflavour will be treated confidentially by its owner and tour guides. Mobile number is demanded by Ortigiaflavour to complete the booking process. Ortigiaflavour staff will try to contact you only in case of important information or last minute updates.
By booking with Ortigiaflavour you allow us to publish photographs of you and you travel companions on our website and social pages. Ortigiaflavour will not publish any photographs of underage participants unless clearly permitted by their parents or the adults they are travelling with.
Ortigiaflavour do not refund any payment once the tour has started. Refund can be wired in certain cases following the attent evaluation of Ortigiaflavour owners. Refund is not guaranteed on request.

All food suppliers must meet the Italian Food Industry standards regulating the preservation, manufactoring process and selling of food. However, by booking with us, you waive Ortigiaflavour, its owners, its staff and tour guides from any liability for illness or death caused by the ingestion of food and drinks provided during the tour.
Ortigiaflavour, its owners, its staff and its tour guides are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur to you during the tour. Ortigiaflavour demands to be informed on travelers’ food allergies in order to provide alternatives. It’s in your interest to provide this kind of information.
Ortigiaflavour, its owners, its staff and tour guides are not responsible for any injures or death that may occur to participants during a tour, such as street crossing accidents.
