Join us for a hands-on Sicilian cooking experience in Siracusa! You’ll start by preparing the dough for the traditional scacce (Ragusan stuffed focacce) learning the authentic techniques passed down through generations. Then, we’ll fill them with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, from fresh vegetables to rich cheeses and bake them to golden perfection in the oven. Once they’re ready, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our freshly baked scacce, paired with a glass of good Sicilian wine and plenty of laughter around the table.
